Oh man, our blog has been dead for so loooooOooog. haha. can we revive it? i'll start the ball rolling k? :D

hmm...life has been boring for me. hehe... drag myself out of bed, eat, work n work n work, eat, watch tv, go online, sleep... it has been like that for almost 5 months le, including december. boring arh? haha. but it makes me yearn for outings on weekends more. yea.. one of which was the sentosa-turned-vivo outing. haha. hope there'll be another outing before uni starts and more pple will turn up. [:

talking about uni, i got the offer for nus electical eng and ntu EEE. what about u guys? keep updating everyone. ns life, working life, slacking life, ur plans, whatever~haha.

btw, i've been to the new treetop walk which stretches from kent ridge park to mount faber to telok blangah hill i think. it's quite interesting and there is this garden hub, Hortpark. that place is pretty, it's bright and green. i find that place awesome, esp for relaxing the mind. yup. thought u all might want to check it out when u r free.

hello! i am here to update the class blog again. was reading the early entries and realised that the class blog was so much more active last time. more people blogging and penning their thoughts regarding class activites or best still random funny jokes or ideas to keep the class entertained. i seriously hope everyone would not abandon the class blog now that we have graduated...because it is a place where we can still keep in touch! :)

feel that class participation has been diminishing nowadays but i wonder why. let's revive the fun old 65! :)

hi me and huiqing are organising a christmas party for the class since the class chalet is scrapped as many could not make it.

anyway tentatively it would be held at dorea's house condominum function room (for location CLICK HERE) or BBQ pit depending on what we could do... but the details are not finalised yet because we need your views!

maybe we could have some activities in the afternoon (like swimming, watch movie, tennis etc.) before BBQ or buffet dinner at night.

plus there would be games and gift exchange exercise and everyone would bring along a gift.

if BBQ it would be the usual fare... but buffet dinner would be something special. it would be more expensive but i think we can still handle the money since we need not pay for the chalet. hence, how about some really good food from jack's place? click HERE to look at their menu.

Here's the day where it's time to bid goodbye, and take a step back to reminisce about our days in Hwachong. 9th October marks the end of our two years in Hwachong....

Or so they all say! What nonsense. We'll still be coming back to school *nearly* everyday (for a short while more), and there's still A'levels! I don't believe in calling it the end, until we get back our A'level results.. then

06S65 CLASS CHALET II

Finally.. there's a new entry on class blog! Woo..!!

Our 3D 2N chalet is on this coming Wed (31/5) to Fri (1/6) and is at island resort in East Coast Park.

It'd definitely be more accessible and less ulu than our chalet last year and we can even eat seafood at Jumbo Restaurant(if we have $) !!

We will be meeting at 2pm at Bedok MRT control station on Wed and for those who might be going late.. Take bus 196 from Bedok MRT control station and walk thru the underpass to go East Coast Park. Call one of us then to know the unit number..

The BBQ will be on the 1st night and there wun be steam boat like last year. (Anyway, East Coast Park is super accessible and we can juz go eat at any of the food centers there!)

And Guess what?
We have a very special guest for our class bbq and she'll be bringing her home cooked food for us....

Mrs Chua, Mr Pang and Miss Tan couldn't make it and Mr Teo replied with a very corny sms:

The assessment comprises of 3 papers and constitutes 10% of your final Physics grade.

Paper 1
30 marks

Paper 1
30 multiple-choice questions. All questions will be of the direct choice type with 4 options.

Paper 2
This paper will consist of three structured questions plus one data-based question, all compulsory. The data-based question will constitute 15 marks. All answers will be written in spaces provided on the Question Paper.

Paper 3
This paper will consist of:
Section A worth 35 marks consisting of a variable number of structured questions, all compulsory.
These include questions which require candidates to integrate knowledge and understanding from
different areas of the syllabus;
Section B worth 20 marks consisting of a choice of one from two 20-mark questions.
All answers will be written in spaces provided on the Question Paper.

Content Assessed:

faculty outing yesterday was rather mediocre in my opinion but good job to michelle for the wonderfully funny opening performance! :) haha and thanks to the faculty committee for all the hard work put in for the outing to be made possible!

Long time so see everyone!

No doubt u think that I have forgotten about all of you, that I have forsaken my promise to blog simply because I was too lazy or too immersed in computer games or sleeps too much or just can’t be bothered!!

But that’s WRONG!

I did not blog because I know most of you are still hurt by my passing from your lives, by the fact that you shall never (never = maybe not) get the chance to bask in my sweet sweet presence again, that you shall never look upon me and be awestruck by my magnificence!! I know that me blogging would only serve to remind you what you have lost, and thus, though it pains me in the most excruciating way possible, I had put off blogging till now, when its 1:18a.m here in Canada and I really can’t think of anything better to do!

See? Chew so sad...Yong Kang, U got to make him smile more when taking photograph. :D

So do not blame me for my heartless, for I only seek to lessen your pain. That I did not blog earlier because I know time is needed to heal the scar and emptiness in you hearts and mind that’s caused by my passing….

Anyway I’m blogging now so stop bitching already…

Ok…now what to talk about what?….something general?

Well then how should I put this?

Its cold here. Like seriously, it’s cold. Right now its considered as spring, and this morning snowflakes the size of 10 cent coins were falling. I never really knew snow flakes could be this thick. The worst is over though, so really I should be grateful, though that means no more school being cancelled due to snowstorms/freezing rain (its happened around 4-5 times and let me tell you impromptu school holidays are great). Frost is cool too, it happens when it rains while the temp is below 0, so the rainwater turn to ice after it has landed, everything has a crystallin look to them. Below are picture, plus got 1 Nigara Falls and one of my dorm room...

2 guys living in 1 room, don't expect to much in terms of tidyness...and thats me in the mirror standing there in my uniform taking the pic. I don't have my tie, vest and school blazer on though. Here they don't allow wear ur own jacket in class, so have to wear blazer, its like serious...a real blazer, with shoulder pads ect...wtf..

Wtf...the hallmaster just came in for room check, he is supposed to do it at 12…lazy ass.

Back to topic

Life is much more easy here (MUHAHAHAHAAH!!!!) so my condolences regarding you people’s hectic school life :D The city I’m staying in is quite small actually, so places to go out to are seriously lacking, but frankly I don’t really give a crap since I never leave the residence anyways. Toronto is maybe 1.5h away by bus but even it is still pretty lame. The environment here very good though, lotta forests and rabbits/squirrels can be see easily just by looking out of the window (the residence is on top of a hill, a bit far from downtown but great environment). My friend (yes, I do have friends here, ha…ha…ha -.-) said he saw a deer some week ago but I’v never witnessed them yet. Compared with SG, you have to realize that Canada is really sparsely populated. Its bigger than America but only has 8 times SG’s population (its not typo, Canada has only 32 or so million population) , so everything is really…empty.

Anyways I hope no one is maimed or dead, because seriously that would be a shame. It’s really difficult to appear concerned and saddened over msn/blog. Faking concern and apathy is much easier face to face, take my work for it.

Oh, and seriously, tks for the farewell party (still remember it? The one during xmas? Ring a bell?). I know it’s a bit late but like they say late is better than never so stop whining, its giving me a headache even here on the other side of the globe. I’m very happy that so many people turn up. Also thanks too all those to turned up to see me off at the airport, I really didn’t expect that :D (Chew being excluded, being the low born piece of scum that he is, I’m sure he has some ulterior motive, like making use of the chance to see Dorea or something)

Hello everyone. Trying to liven up the blog a little, with request from our blogging rep.

First things first, the 4 of you who havent paid 30 bucks for class fund, please bring on Monday! We still owe the photocopy shop 240 SGD.

Also, due to overbudgeting and high government expenditure (overspent approximately 63 dollars and 35 cents, up to 4 s.f.), our class is reaching the negative NI zone. Hence, we might need to increase investment expenditure soon. Just an early warning!

Just when our J2 school life is full of mugging and

It's really time to take a break.

AND GO FOR A CLASS OUTING!!!

On this coming Sunday, we are going to Mrs Chua's house to party and celebrate for CNY (since we can't pay a visit to her house during New year cos she's going for facial and pedicure next week)...

AND Mrs Chua will be cooking for us! She smsed me that she will be cooking pasta, chicken wings, chicken poppers and salad... MWAHAHA! Oh ya, anyone who have poker cards, please remember to bring to Mrs Chua's house too! Looking forward to this coming Sunday =)

Artemis Faculty Dance!

Looks familiar? That was ONE WHOLE YEAR AGO! This year, our juniors had their own orientation campfire! And so, we as nice seniors decided to stay back and crash their campfire!

Some of us went to watch our juniors perform in front of ARTemis! Woohoo! In the end the 61 flag and 6B item were selected. And there was BLUE hair spray for us!

During the campfire, it was raining! So sad! So it was held in the hall, with this 'fake' campfire thinggy LMAO. Saw the different facs performing their items and flags, and of cuz dances! The Artemis one is DAMN ZAI!! =D yay so everybody must go learn and dance it wahahah!

Then luckily the rain stopped and there was the GRAND LIGHTUP at central plaza! The lightup was super super nice =D

I know you know that A level is coming and everyone will be busy mugging in no time. So the first 3 months is the only time to relax a little and do something meaningful. What YOU should do: STOP slacking at home on weekends; join our Fac CIP as a class, together with your junior class! It will be a good opportunity for bonding, to de-stress, to get to know your angel/mortal and even attempt to guess who your angel/mortal is! So what are you waiting for? Sign up as a class!

Class Fund Issues and Ideas

Please bring along $20 and hand in to JunJie the money best by tomorrow (04 January 2007) if not next week. Please cooperate in handing in your funds punctually to make the job easier for the treasurer. The money is for outstanding class fund and current notes. People who have yet to need to claim money from the class fund for various reasons (chalet, birthday presents etc) and have yet to do so (probably because the class fund is almost non-existent now) are also required to pay. After which, Jun Jie would pass you back the money that the class fund owes you.

WOOHOO! The second of our teachers to get married this year. Congratulations Ms Huang (Mrs Lee)!
But it was really an eventful day. First we met at the right time (10am) but at the wrong place (Novena MRT ) and went to the wrong church(sorry, forgot), where it was all quiet and deserted. SOMETHING is wong. So we called up Ms Huang to check. And to our horror, we were quite a distance away from the correct church and 10min left to the start of the wedding ceremony.
HOW?
Solution: 3 taxis zooming around newton area and stopping at the right church just in time. Phew.
Anw, the ceremony went smoothly and Ms Huang looked very pretty! Here's our class with her and her husband.
after the wedding, we went to a hawker centre nearby to eat 鱼片米粉 ( highly recommended by junjie)
before going on to gorge ourselves with ice-cream at swensens in PS.

Artemis Fac Outing yesterday was kind of a little too short don't you agree? anyway a beautiful picture of all 65-ians present at the outing taken thanks to that choir photo journalist (but i don't know his name sorry). he is really professional and the picture looks really clear and the colours are brillant!

rongkang was really sporting and funny as usual when we nominated him to represent our class for fac king and mingming got songjun's temperature rising! haha

last week we had our class chalet and it was quite a blast thanks to people who helped to book the chalet and prepare and clean the food. we had steamboat, bbq and even a chocolate fondue!

it was really nice of mr ong to take the trouble to visit us during the bbq at the chalet!

Hello everyone, here are some important and not-so-important information regarding PW.

First, the message Dr Ross gave us last last thurs:

InR
- the InR needs to be updated with a reference to the OP (what insights and reflections came from the OP process?)
- the word limit is 500 words
- normal requirements for presentation must be followed (eg double spaced)
- they should do a careful proofreading of their work
- a signed cover page must be attatched to the final draft
- it must be handed in the day after the OP performance. one person can submit for the whole group

OP
- groups should continue practicing and learning their speeches
- the goal is fluent and wamr communication with the audience
- i wish all groups all the best on OP day!

And then, an email from him:

"As for the GPF. We, the STs, have the files and will be filing away your work for you. All we need from you is your I&R, to be handed in the day after your OP - because you need the chance to write something about the OP in the document eg something you learned about oral presentation.

The GP will contain only your PI, your EOM, your I&R and a copy of the group project proposal, all of which I should have. No other material is required. Mrs Tan will confirm all of this for you on the day of the OP. One group member could bring in all the I&Rs for their group. No need for everyone to come in, as long as the cover page is attached and filled out.

Hope your OP goes well! "

post(nearing the end of)-promos!!!

woohooo! I guess it's the time of our JC life to PLAY. (besides orientation, that is.)
After all those shivering and head-exploding experiences in the reading room, this is like a release.

Anw, in order to celebrate, we went to cine and watched Miami Vice. The movie is not bad, really, but some scences were quite gross (like shooting and blasting right thru the brain :X) I probably covered my eyes behind michelle's jacket for half the blasting scenes. And even though we were in uniform, they still wanted to check our EZ link. like anyone underage will take the trouble to change into JC uniform to watch a movie.

dong gua barley and yong tau foo

hello!

i am pleased and honoured to announce that 06s65 loves

DONG GUA BARLEY AND YONG TAU FOO!

basically i am aware that an increasing number of people are eating that and drinking that. LOL i was just commenting about how nice and friendly the yong tau foo auntie was and jupiter says that she looks peadophilic and has a spastic smile. okay that is GOOD SERVICE in my opinion :P. nevertheless her famous "she me tang?" quote was widely used in our class that we says "she me tang" whenever we refer to that stall instead of her real name. it is like calling all instant noodles "maggie mee" when "maggi" is just a brand. oh the importance of branding and advertising (i advertised hc canteen's yong tau foo to my classmates LOL).

gosh. on wednesday i estimated that we bought about 20 cups of 50 cents dong gua barley from the hot drinks stall. that is 20X$0.50=$10 additional profit to the shop uncle via the sales of BARLEY and DONGGUA alone. it must be earning superduperultrauber profit. how much can dong gua and barley cost???

anyway we were happily eating the yong tau foo from "she me tang" at the canteen bench that is approximately 50 metres from the "she me tang" stall. the "she me tang" auntie's voice is super powerful. we were slurping the noodles up and constantly ~~enjoying~~ the "she me tang" noodles rap from that stall. yeah it is that loud.

that auntie could have set a record in theguiness book of world records for saying the most number of times of "she me tang" in a day and that stall should probably come up with a customer loyalty card soon. i tihnk i am their most loyal customer. i eat that EVERYDAY WITHDAY FAIL.

National Day Celebrations

Hello! Today was national day celebrations, and artemis won the best storyline, best costumes and overall best musical! OH MAN congratulations to everyone esp the fac com and actors and other helpers who spent so much time and effort on it! haha =D The musical was very funny and entertaining with yichun as the lead actor, lol.

Then after celebrations some of us went to island creamery to buy icecream!! and then the rest went to michelle's house first. Woah we got 10 tubs of ice cream, plus one mud pie. heheh yummy k! Everyone was like attacking the mud pie. Its really so yummy! To think i thought its 1.20 per piece so dumb lah!

We first consumed 3 tubs of ice cream, then left 7 tubs still! Plus there was pizza, totalling 8 boxes. Everyone eat until peng! Food surplus... Yichun has pictures of us eating ice cream and the pizza boxes. Stack until very high lor!

Then we watched I Not Stupid 2 with michelle's surround system tv room woohoo. i wanted to watch it for v long time already, finally get to watch yay! =D then people kept asking 'are you supposed to cry here?' when its the sad part! so anti climax lor want to cry also cannot cry! hahaha, but i almost did cuz its really quite sad! >_>

While most people left some of us stayed on and watched another show called Inside Man or something like that. Its about this robbery and it looked quite interesting at first but actually it was so boring i fell asleep watching it! And the ending is very weird...

Oops.. I was uploading the photos onto photobucket.. and then the next moment i knew, i was on my bed sleeping. I think I was sleepwalking.. Pardon me for the laggy update!!! =S

Anyway, yesterday... 14 people from 65 turned up in ethnic costumes! *applause*

LOL, the girls were like struggling in the toilet trying to help each other out with the costumes. We mastered the skill of tying sarongs and saris! (Though my sarong was drooping like mad towards the end of the day)

Heyz.. very long never update. so yeap. Just wanted to share this seriously cool video. on acapella. If you dunno what that is.. then it's basically singing without music from instruments. something like choir.. oni you have outrageously low numbers to work wif. Advertisements are something I could never figure out. Seriously, sometimes you really have to wonder to yourself ‘just what are those guys thinking?’

Ever eaten Gardenia bread? Well, if you have, you should always note that it’s made from the original American recipe! Not an original American recipe but the original American recipe!! The original…wait…isn’t bread invented in …I donno…Europe? What American recipe? What original?? How could there be an original American recipe when the recipe was taken from other countries that had been making bread hundreds of years before there was America?

Another tactic advertisers like to use is to package your food products such that it seems they are speaking. Remember that peanut butter can printed on your peanut butter can proclaiming how tasteful it is? That’s what I’m talking about.

Or better yet, like the Australian Air Pork (tm), with it own animated flying piglet flying around proclaiming how wonderfully tender the flesh of its fellow pink skinned friends are, and how we should part with our money so as to get the chance to sink out teeth into the previously much mentioned tender flesh.

Why on earth would consumers want to listen to the advice of psychotic, selfish, treacherous individuals willing to sell out their fellow pigs/peanut butter/ ? Just the happy and sincere look on those deviant's face as they talk about the devouring of their fellows makes me sick.

Yea.. today went cineleisure for post-block tests class outing to catch superman returns.. I think the movie is vveeeh nice and it's so much worth the money as compared to scary movie 4 that me, mic and aikling catch yesterday which was like @#$!^#!@#@!$%%^&@^!*#)*!. The show lasted for only 1h 25 minutes ... (shorter than all the subjects' block tests) I think we cringed thru out the scary movie 4 cos it's so horribly sadistic... for eg. A person can be talking halfway and then the next moment he got knocked down by a car.

Went to play pool before going home and someone whom i shall not mention the name exclaimed," Shit... I never bring my swimming trunks.. how to go play POOL?" okay, quite len3...

Hehe, that's all bout today's outing.. enjoy the rest of the 4 days and muzzzz play hard to compensate for our mugging during the past few weeks kaez.

I NEED HELP!

i am working on the class blog now, but i am seriously having a very difficult time figuring out all the complicated html and css codes.

for a start, i managed to make the blogging space BIGGER AND BETTER (: which means that we can settle the trouble of the tag box sliding all the way to the bottom of the webpage whenever we post a blog post with large pictures ONCE AND FOR ALL. yeah! so now you guys need not worry about the size of the pictures...because the main blog post frame is about 500 px! almost twice the double size of the old small tiny pathetic 260px!

did away with the grey lines and changed the colour of the headings and edit the hover links too!

but something is seriously troubling me and i have been trying to figure out how to bold that part of the entry that says:

"~SiLLyDrEaMz~ scribbled on the class blog at 7:47 AM!"

you know at the end of each post after the blue dotted lines that tell you who blogged and at what time?

yea, i searched and tried all ways and means but to no avail. it still remains as UN-bold as usual. ):

anyone knows how to do it?

my plans for improvements for the class blog includes doing away with top blur GIF file (due to the large file size) and putting a new class blog design that i am working on now with photoshop...and i need help with the html codes for sure!

hmmm, my friend sent me this email and i thought it's very meaningful. so yup here's wishing everyone all the best for the block test, which is..next week =X. but nvm, we still have one week (for me to pia..haha).

FROGS

Once upon a time there was a bunch of tiny frogs... who arranged a running competition.

The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower.

A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants....

The race began....

Honestly:

No one in crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower.

You heard statements such as:

"Oh, WAY too difficult!!"

"They will NEVER make it to the top."

or:

"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"

The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one....

Except for those, who in a fresh tempo, were climbing higher and higher....

The crowd continued to yell, "It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!"

More tiny frogs got tired and gave up....

But ONE continued higher and higher and higher....

This one wouldn't give up!

At the end everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!

THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?

A contestant asked the tiny frog how he had found the strength to succeed and reach the goal?

It turned out....

That the winner was DEAF!!!!

The wisdom of this story is:

Never listen to other people's tendencies to be

Physics remedial was so interesting..

1.) Mr Ong brought a fan to the classroom and called us to wave our hands infront of our eyes at a rate of 90o times per minute while looking at the fan which is turnd on and then guess wad?!?! The fan is supposed to appear stationary!! oh my god~~!

2.) In addition, yichun also went up to do a demo with joel as he had some questions on circular motion. He called joel to swing him in circular motion and then to release the hands halfway while he was being swung.. then he was flung to the door.

... He then asked, " Why don't I feel being sucked to the middle since there is the existence of centripetal force?"

3) Mr Ong brought a hairband with two springs on the top (look at pic) to the class to demonstate the concept of oscillation. He asked Jeremy (someone from 06s6h) to wear the hairband and swing his head from side to side at a certain frequency and to observe the two springs...

I took some photos during physics remedial but i cannot upload it.. nvm..

Hello! Frankly speaking, i think that this is quite a meaningful CIP coz we could actually write messages on the colourful windmills and give them to the children to encourage them. But as usual, a 65 activity always comes with hilarious moments.

we went to collect windmills and tin cans at around 10am at YMC before spreading out to different locations to persuade ppl to buy. i must say tt the feeling of being rejected is not very good, esp. many times.But at near noon, it started raining so some of us went cine to eat lunch. on the way, the rain got so heavy that we went into phone booths for joel to take out his umbrella.

and guess wat? Joel and jun jie lost their donation tickets.( in which there are 20-1=19 tickets x $5) and only realised it aft lunch.

meanwhile, while waiting for joel, who went to look for the tickets, yichun went to toilet in cine and somehow got stuck inside the toilet so he called jun jie for help. not very sure wat happened though, but smth like all the doors are locked... ...

so joel went to the phone booth to check and qouting his words :

" good news is, i found it.

bad news is, it is all drenched."

yar..its like soaking the whole thing in water until all the tickets can break easily at the dotted lines.

aft CIP, we went on a shopping spree for yichun's pants, whose pocket zip label got torn off by jupiter. shall not elaborate it here. but in the end, he got wat he wanted to buy:D

Hwachong Oeeei!

That was probably what half the camp was spent doing. All the funny cheer things .. like if the instructors say "well done" you must say "excellent~!" fantastic -> bombastic! okay -> alright! etc.

This aside, i must say the camp was QUITE fun in the end; Rock climbing, abseiling, jetty jump, TCP, raft-building and funny team building games.. I didn't regret going in the end, But i wouldn't really want to attend such a camp again. Lol.

last friday was the basketball finals at toa pah yoh sports complex!

our class pestered miss tengara and mr ong to cancel the economics and physics remedials respectively so that we would head down to support the hwachong basketball team, particular rongkang and yeowlin from 06s65 of course! (:

been screaming and shouting "LET'S GO, HWACHONG, LET'S GO!" and "DEFEND!" till we all almost lost our voices. lol.

i was very hesitant about going because yeowlin had earlier said that i am cursed. lol. all the matches that i went and support before lost!

so everytime when the hc basketball team was trailing behind aj in terms of points i would close my eyes and look down in order not to transmit my "curse" aura LOL. and in the end GUESS WHAT? everytime i did that it actually works and hc basketball team caught up! HAHA

eventually the basketball team emerged as champions! congrats to them all and we were all super duper happy for them! (:

Mural Painting

On the 20th of May, some of us went to the Singapore Autism School for CIP! Everything was pre-drawn and all we had to do was paint in the colours! Easy? Think again! Our class was assigned the UNDER THE SEA themed wall! Think jellyfish, sea mushrooms, and SUPERBIRDs etc :)) BUT.. the wall is VERY big, and isn't flat, which made life 1000 times more difficult for us. Bleh.

So we go about painting.. painting.. and PAINTING. And Yichun continued complaining.. complaining.. and COMPLAINING. lol!

"Why is the fish's eye grey?! It looks so evil!"
"Why do ALL our sea creatures look so evil?"
"I think our wall is the most evil wall!"

and on and on and on and on..

After painting came OUTLINING - the most tedious job ever! Millions of hours later, we finish! Oh my! What was initially nicknamed an Evil Under the Sea wall, became a total work of magic! And Yujun goes.. "ONLY the bubbles look nice!" We wonder why..

All this while, Shao Hsien was happily working on his small wall opposite us.. lol. Was happily discussing about the Da Vinci Code with his friend.. Even when we completed the huge wall, they were still happily painting. Lol. Kept us quite happily amused.

It didn't end after the painting. We still had to clean-up, load the equipment on the bus, unload them.. In the process Dorea had a totally blue hand! Some people went to da bao food back for those still unloading. They rush back and i get my BUBBLE TEA! ( yay clam!)

In the end, we make it in good time for Touch. It was really fantastic! Well Done Michelle and our Seniors!! ^^ Now, i am just left to wonder what the kid's reactions will be like when they see their school's makeover.. Will it be one of complete shock, or excited joy....? Photos at class photobucket!

For my first entry, I am going to talk about my adventure in Chua Chu Kang Land. haha...today was the first time i have been to chua chu kang and i am like....so sua gu....squealing at everything i see....haha....

Went to yi chun house to do our gpp...

me, yichun and yu jun went long john silver for dinner... and i dun noe wat happened...the whole cup of ice lemon tea got splashed onto my shirt and pants.

And yi chun SCREAMED.

So everybody started looking at me, dripping with ice lemon tea.

I can even squeez ice lemon tea out my shirt...haha....and yi chun and me jus cant stop laughing coz we found dis simply so amusing....

So i decided that i shall shop for a new set of clothes...haha...i cant go home dripping wif ice lemon tea mah...

so we first went seiyu...yi chun kept looking at the men's briefs la....and kept on suggesting i wear that very auntie style brown top wif organge bottoms...haha....coz the top 5.90 only leh....haha...then we went billabong then op... but i haven even tried on anything yet then my dad say he is here le "_____"

sorry leh...yi chun and yu jun...made you shopped so many places wif me >_<

disastrous neoprint

haha i am back again because aikling scanned this neoprint and asked me to upload it. i cropped it and added the "06S65!" at the side haha.

qute disastrous because the instructions given were all in japanese and we had NO IDEA what they were saying and had to do trial and error. looked into the wrong camera and chose all the ugly pictures to be printed. the camera flash was so strong it made our faces pale as sheet...what could be worse? LOL

i am quite against taking neoprints but mingming and dorea insisted. i thought they were a rather waste of money and all those glitter fanciful stuffs are not nice at all! makes the picture look complicated and disorganised i feel haha.

anyway i am the only male who went for this supposedly class outing so i ended up window shopping with the rest which was really tiring! imagine 20 - 30 mins to buy earrings and 45 mins to buy bags! haha but i realised that window shopping improve your knowledge also. you get to know more about the latest products and technology available to constantly upgrade yourself! lol, i suddenly realised i have made window shopping sounds like some educational trip!

oh yeah, went to NYDC for lunch with them also (:. that would be the first and last time i am going there, because the prices are exorbitant and the food served was not worthy of those prices HAHA.

I recently joined NJChoir. And guess what. on the 1st day... they tell me a concert's coming up in a few weeks. and they require me to sell 12 tickets. all priced at 12 dollars

CaN AnYoNe be a buddy and spare 12 dollars to go and support mi on 28th may?

The NJC choir is having it's annual concert CANTABILE on 28th may.

ok... so anyway there have been totally, awesomely SENSATIONAL AND GROUNDBREAKING rumors (or truths??!!) circulating round these days... haha so here they are:

1. INDIAN-MALAY CLASHES??!!

it has been heard that our dear indian food stall closed not because of hygiene reasons (man, they're clean) but because of clashes with the neighbouring malay food stall. following the recent boom in sales of roti prata, the malay stallholders are apparently unhappy that the only other non-chinese stall holder is doing very well. hence they have allegedly employed VOODOO to sabotage the stall. yes. u heard it. VOODOO, BLACK MAGIC. apparently, the use of voodoo has been used to conjure SPIRITUAL AND POISONOUS HAIR in the food. yup, not only dirty hair from god-knows-where, but poisonous and ghostly as well.

2. "BRUDDERHOOD"

surprise, surprise, the owners of the chicken rice stall and the chinese mixed rice stall are actually brothers. they were allegedly fighting over a girl after their mom died. wooooohooooo... the power of love, yeah? so anyway, we heard that because of the feud, the chicken rice owner set up his own stall right beside the mixed rice stall. yes. so they were once in the same stall, but look what women can do to u.

3. THE TRUTH OF THE FALLEN NOODLES STALL

well ppl, brace urself for this one that really, really takes the cake. this is a suggested explanation for the closure of the noodles stall. its because the stall owner.... ok, take a deep breath, well, its coz the stall owner has...

the MILO DINOSAUR!

yesterday morning i had milo for breakfast. but then my maid put one teaspoon of milo powder and a whole load of water and ice into the cup. so it became very diluted! so when i saw it, i had the sudden inspiration to make milo dinausaur!

so i started lumping milo powder into my diluted milo. but then, no matter how much i put in, it seemed to dissolve! =[ so too bad, i was in a rush to goto skl, so cldnt continue making a dinosaur.

and then this morning i found milo again! =D so i decided to TRY yet again. and then this time i happily took my time to put and put milo powder into the milo. wah, it still kept dissolving! but then still can eat a bit of lumps of milo powder one.. hahah =]

but here comes the tragic part!

i became SUPER SUPER SUPER full, and then after that, even worse! i had diarrhoea! >_<

moral of the story? uh, try not to make milo dinosaurs yourselves...

Rar..... haven updated class blog for a loong time. sorry horh, my comp is running at a stupid snail speed and is infected with alot of spywares... so whenever i go online, the comp will hang or black out.. then the comp CPU will produce veh weird engine sound...

mwaha... sian.... haha.. guess wad.. i am updating the blog in school now.. =D

Today the class has an astonishingly low attendance.. it's sports season. and yuani, yeowlin, rongkang, jupiter and huiqing weren't in class today cos of sports competitions and cca duties... WOOSH! JIAYOU FOR YOUR UPCOMING COMPETITIONS!! ALL THE BEST... you all can do it!

In addition, a number of 65ians will also be performing in various concerts... Joel for choir concert, michelle for dance night, eng aik and yu jun for guitar concert, junjie, dorea and engaik for strings, jiang chuan and dorea for CO concert... and the list goes on and on... haha, jiayou okayz....

Oh my and... this sunday is ARTEMIS OUTING!!!! Details yet to be confirmed but will be a whole day event... agenda i think is amazing race.... lol, can't imagine our class running around singapore holding onto clue cards...
...can imagine yichun shouting curses when we get the "detour" cards...

it's been some time since 65ians gather as a class to participate in events.. nowadays, everyone in class is either busy with cca stuffs or projects... but don't worry, this sunday is a good chance for us to unwind and put our class spirit to test!!

this coming friday s65 has physics remedial with our dear mr ong so let's put our s65 day on sunday in conjunction with artemis outing instead.. mwaha...

Moreover, class tee shirt will be out soon! We will contact the publisher by this week and hand in our design and class jersey numbers... think that the jersey will be out by early May!! Have to thank jin juan for coming up with our class jersey logo... she will show it to the class tomorrow...

Oh man.. i realised the blog has not been updated for quite some time le. Everyone busy with PW and hw and tests le izzit?
Saded.. i haf to admit my school is still rather slack.. but coming soon too le la. Having a tight scheduel for PW to keep to. and common test coming up in a couple of weeks time.

We learn from our teachers then the letter "e" is one of the 26 alphabets and it can be written as "E" in capitals.

In primary school...
We learn that "e" stands for elephant. And as we proceed through our primary school life, we learn that seeing the letter "e" sux as it stands for examinations (e.g PSLE).

In secondary school...
We learn that "e" represents a undefined number which approximate value = 2.72. AND, by putting a power "x" to it, it gives you beautiful curves that you have to learn to sketch.

In JC...
The small "e" have grown to a big "E"! And by adding a letter "n" on the top of it and "r=1" at the bottom, it will give you a whole series of numbers that you have to sum up.

WARNING: THIS IS GOING TO BE A LAME POST.

yea back to the topic. today mingming, jiangchuan, me and a guy from S6D (sry i forgot his name!!!) were chatting in the FISH TANK when mingming mentioned something stupid that i did back in RV.

there was once i met mingming and two of her friends in the RV school canteen. i realised that all of them had the "layer" hairstyle then, and i don't know why i have this strong interest in layer hairstyle at that moment probably because my sister was arguing with my mom whether to cut the "layer" hairstyle.

anyway i asked them a really silly question:

"how many layers did you guys cut huh? is it the more layer you cut the more expensive it is?"

what a joke LOL.

anyway that is not the main point. somehow we linked to talking about hairstyles that have not exist and all of us hope will not exist LOL.

imagine your head as the central atom.

we can have trigonal bipyramidal hairstyle.

haha imagine your hair forming a flat triangular platform around your head LOL.

oh man can you imagine miss yeo with trigonal bipyramidal hairstyle? LOL! she will look really holy.

next we have SEE-SAW hairstyle.

imgine you hair forming two movable planks emerging from the sides of your head near the ears.

girls will be most suitable for this because they can showcase the "unbalanced" nature of the see-saw by adding lots of clips to one side and non to the other side so that the see-saw behind their head will slide around as they walk.

aikling seems to fit this hairstyle! LOL.

thirdly, the T-shaped hairstyle.

haha a T-shaped thing form by hair on top of your head. looks angelic LOL.

yuani would suit this hairstyle...because....erm...of no particular reason.

lastly, the mega ultra TETRAHEDRAL hairstyle.

requires 24 hrs to cut and treat the hair to from a tetrahedral trigular structure around the head.

need to open a "window" of hair before one with this hairstyle can see.

then we imagine the uncle selling food at the cafe with TETRAHEDRAL hairstyle and we begun laughing.

COOLNESS. maybe next time if these hairstyle were "invented" and become popular we will get the patent rights because the idea first appear on 65 blog.
